We bring together a community of patrollers of all genders, industry professionals and supporters. The goal of this community is to foster connection and healthy communication with all groups of people. In efforts of creating an inclusive community we have a variety of connection spaces including: female patrollers, patrollers, industry professionals, LGBTQIA, women's only spaces, men's only spaces, non-binary spaces, etc. 

Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do as a member of Women of Patrol:

• Connect and bond with other similar professionals, strengthening your network within the industry.
• Gain support and mentorship from seasoned professionals, enhancing your skills and competence.
• Share and learn from the experiences of others, further empowering you in your ski patrol career.

• Ski Patrol Communities: Networking and community within spaces specific to your role in the industry and Women of Patrol. There are communities for all patrollers, female patrollers, industry professionals and future patrollers!
• Member Only Webinars: Participate in online webinars open to members only. These webinars will vary in topics with the goal of further knowledge, improving culture, furthering your career and connecting with the greater community.
• Global Networking: Our goal is to have members from around the world to increase networking amongst the community located in different countries.
